Exhibitor Resources

Thank you for reserving exhibit space at the 2022 ASLA Conference on Landscape Architecture. We are excited about the year ahead as we prepare for a destination that has hosted one of our highest attended conferences in the past.

We are committed to providing a healthy environment for everyone during this in-person event. As we did in 2021, ASLA will continue to follow recommendations from federal, state, and local level agencies; the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); and the World Health Organization. We will revise protocol as needed based on those guidelines.

We want you to be successful and we want to increase our customer service support to you – every chance we get!

If you have questions or need assistance with your booth please contact, Michelle, our exhibits manager at mmobley@asla.org.

What Do I Need To Know?

Every exhibitor must submit the following documents, or they will not be allowed to set-up on the show floor for the 2022 EXPO.

Certificate of Insurance

General liability and fire insurance is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. A certificate must be furnished naming ASLA as additionally insured with limits of liability of at least $1,000,000 combined single limits including bodily injury and property damage.

Please be sure that your certificate includes limits of liability, lists the Moscone Center and its address (747 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103) as the facility where the event takes place in the forms operation box, and the dates of coverage to include load-in and load-out (November 10-14, 2022).

Booth Plan Approval

Schematic is required for submission and approval if your booth is larger than a 10×10. ASLA follows the IAEE Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations for exhibiting.

Please note that the City of San Francisco requires anyone entering any city-owned facility, including the Moscone Center, to be fully vaccinated and to show proof of vaccinations. We have been informed that this rule will not change prior to the ASLA 2022 Conference on Landscape Architecture in November.

We appreciate your willingness to work with ASLA as we continue to navigate through this pandemic. The health and well-being of our industry partners and attendees will remain our top priority. We will continue to communicate any updates and related information via email and our exhibitor website.
