  • Adhering to a new set of regulations when distributing giveaways, which will be enforced by Show Management
Does the Music City Center maintain a cleaning policy?

Yes, the Music City Center has rigorous cleaning guidelines and has received the GBAC STAR accreditation for cleaning protocols.

What is a GBAC STAR accreditation?

GBAC STAR™ is the cleaning industry’s only outbreak prevention, response, and recovery accreditation. GBAC STAR is the gold standard of prepared facilities and GBAC STAR accreditation means that a facility or facility service provider has:

  • Established and maintained a cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention program to minimize risks associated with infectious agents like the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2).
  • The proper cleaning protocols, disinfection techniques, and work practices in place to combat biohazardous and infectious disease.
  • Highly informed cleaning professionals who are trained for outbreak and infectious disease preparation and response.
How will social distancing be implemented for EXPO booths?
  • Each booth will be set so that there is ten feet of aisle on each side of the space, or a full-length curtain separating spaces along the back wall of the booth.
  • Based on current social distancing guidelines, we only allow two (2) EXPO staff per 10×10 space.
Will load-in/load-out be different this year?

Yes, we anticipate there will be new protocols to set up your booth, as well as guidelines to maintain social distancing and fairness for lines-of-sight.

What safety measures are labor teams currently taking?

Labor teams participate in temperature checks prior to entering the facility and are required to wear a mask at all times, as well as notify their team lead if they develop symptoms.

Will there be food and beverage available on the EXPO Floor?

We anticipate offering food and beverage service in November while adhering to the health and safety guidelines of MCC.
