Certificate of Insurance
All exhibitors must have their Certificate of Insurance submitted and approved before you can proceed with registering your booth staff for the conference or reserving discounted hotel rooms.
As a standard requirement for ASLA exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Insurance Coverage that follows the ASLA guidelines is not optional.
Please note the following critical information:
- Deadline for Approval: Your compliant Certificate of Insurance must be received and approved no later than Monday, August 10, 2026.
- Automatic Policy Purchase: If your insurance certificate has not been approved by the deadline, a policy will be purchased on your behalf at a rate of $199.00.
- Billing and Payment: This $199.00 fee will be billed directly by ASLA and must be paid in full to ASLA.
- Access Restrictions: Payment of this fee is mandatory prior to any of your employees obtaining conference badges or entering the EXPO show floor.
We strongly encourage you to submit your COI well in advance of the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues or additional charges. Please refer to the Exhibitor Kit for detailed insurance requirements and submission instructions.
This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, September 14-18, 2025, naming the American Society of Landscape Architects (636 Eye Street NW Washington, DC 20001) as the Certificate Holder and as Additional Insured.
ASLA has requested that Rainprotection serve as their insurance management company. In addition to being able to provide exhibitors with insurance, we are also collecting and verifying that all insurance certificates, regardless of the insurer, are verified for compliance.
Submission Options:
Option 1: Submit your COI from your current insurance provider by emailing it to sales@rainprotection.net.
Option 2: Purchase a compliant Certificate of Insurance from Rainprotection.net.
Your compliant Certificate of Insurance must be received and approved no later than Monday, August 10, 2026.
IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR COI:
General liability and fire insurance is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. A certificate must be furnished naming ASLA as co-insured with limits of liability of at least $1,000,000 combined single limits including bodily injury and property damage.
Before uploading your Certificate of Insurance, please confirm that it meets the following requirements:
- Certificate must list the American Society of Landscape Architects with our address as additionally insured. The address is: 636 Eye Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20001-3736.
- Dates of coverage must be listed at a minimum of September 16-18, 2026.
- The venue’s proper address must be listed as the event location on the certificate.

CONFERENCE Registration
Exhibitor and attendee conference registration is scheduled to open in May 2026.
Each exhibiting company receives one (1) full complimentary conference registration plus two (2) EXPO floor only complimentary passes for each 100 square foot of exhibit space purchased. Each exhibiting company is allowed to purchase additional registrations beyond their allotment.
